OCT Overseas Chinese Town Building is located in the middle of Shenzhen Overseas Chinese Town, Shenzhen Overseas Chinese Town. It faces Shennan Avenue in the south, Fanghuayuan residential area in the west, Wal-Mart supermarket in the north, Hantang Building in the east and Shenzhen Bay in the far direction. OCT ecology, art and cultural genes are poured into it, covering the functions of Class A office, business facilities and commerce, and has become a very representative and iconic urban comprehensive building in Shenzhen. Europe and the United States are very honored to be able to reveal some of their products in this new landmark Grade A office building.

The design team closely linked the work area, administrative area and social area in the overall spatial layout, and provided sufficient functional support by combining flexible office furniture in different areas.

Near the transparent high-definition floor-to-ceiling windows is the designer's favorite series-Oswald Aos workstation. The slender but powerful steel feet echo the vast Shenzhen Bay outside the window. The dark gray sprayed steel feet form a visual balance with the color of the overall space. The screen on the desktop, abandoning the material of the regular fabric, and choosing felt with a certain sound-absorbing effect, can not only maintain the unity of the color of the space, but also provide a solution to the defect of the noisy voice brought by the open employees to a certain extent.

The overall design of OCT Overseas Chinese Building aims to create a high quality human flexible space. Our furniture designers have integrated this concept into the overall product mix.
A random set of BRIC sofas and modular Moduuli sofas beside the aisle can make the whole space look brightened instantly. In this relaxed and casual charging station, employees can find a place suitable for a short rest, and they can also move to work freely.

In the social area of the space, our scheme designer has also added the element of collaborative office. The designer's original [NEXT] high bar table supports employees to easily hold small team meetings or other activities, or sit or stand, which is very suitable for creative collaboration and social sharing. A very private telephone booth is added next to the bar counter, which can also be called a mute box, in the open space of people flow, it is a particularly happy thing to have a "house" where you can talk on the phone or at work in front of the floor-to-ceiling windows.

In the executive meeting space, we are matched with European and American star product series: Action and Time.
